- Monday, June 14th
Enfield 7, Windsor 3. In a very tight game that was tied 2-2 after seven innings, Enfield defeated Windsor 7-3 in the 8th inning. Renate Tomkiel pitched well for Windsor. Sarah Martino hit the ball well and Arianna Romero was a defensive stanout. For Enfield, Lisa Lusardi pitched a good game and Jordan Fritz was a standout behind the plate. Lindsey Taupier had a very nice defensive game for the winners.
- Wednesday, June 16th
Enfield 10, Coventry 4. Enfield jumped out to an early 9-1 lead in the first two innings, then Coventry made some timely defensive plays to keep them in the game and stay close. Standouts for Enfield were Casi Delorge, who pitched solidly, and Jessica Maier, who played great defense along with Fallon Sweeney. For Coventry, Blythe Fleming pitched well, Megan Leavens played great behind the plate and Samantha LaFountain played solid defense.
Windsor 7, West Hartford 3. Windsor was supported by solid pitching and fielding by Lucia Barresi. Alize Aguilar and Sophie Sirota were also defensive standouts, while Madeira Alexander provided the necessary offensive spark for Windsor. West Hartford received solid pitching from Elena Pevar and Julie Delutrie, and Emani Cruz was an offensive standout.
Granby 18, Hebron 4. Granby beat the visiting Hebron team 18-4 on opening night of our summer season. Jaimee Kidd and Molly Hammack led Granby's hitting attack with three hits apiece and both were on base 4 for 4 times they came to the plate. Emily Corl pitched well in Hebron's last two innings of the game and made a nice two-handed catch of a pop-up. Claire Russo reached base twice and showed some great hustle on the basepaths for Hebron.

9:00AM Games
West Hartford 6, Glastonbury 2. The West Hartford defense, led by Sabrina Carreira and Demaris Savonis, played very well to limit Glastonbury.
Windsor 15, Hebron 3. Windsor was led by the pitching of Lucia Barresi, who held Hebron hitless in her four innings of work. Offensively, Madison Lee and Alize Aguilar provided two hits each for Windsor. Hebron received solid play from Tara Plaszewski, who made an unassisted double play at first base. Pitcher Emily Corl and catcher Mykenzie Lanagan also played consistently well for Hebron.
10:40AM Games
Windsor 15, Glastonbury 3. Windsor was led by the combined pitching of Renate Tomkiel and Alex Connor. Brianna Rudman played a solid second base while Sam Visone had a good day at the plate for Windsor. Glastonbury received solid play from Morgan Rossi at third base and Hannah Koshmerl behind the plate. Kristi Talia gave Glastonbury good at bats throughout the game.
West Hartford 10, Coventry 1. Julie Delutrie pitched a complete game win for West Hartford. Jessica Lohneiss and Alisa Murphy had good games on offense. The West Hartford defense was again stellar.
12:15PM Game
Coventry 10, Hebron 9. Coventry's Hannah Vignone turned in a stellar pitching performance and Sam LaFontaine drove in the winning run. Maddie Manarky pitched well for Hebron and Nicole Burley was the defensive star.
- Monday, June 21st
Enfield 4, Windsor 3. Lisa Lusardi pitched very well to earn the win for Enfield. Casi Delorge made two outstanding catches in right field and Jessie Maier provided the offensive spark with two singles. Amanda Dillon, Madison Lee and Alex Connor had good games for Windsor.
West Hartford 19, Hebron 0. Elena Pevar pitched a no-hitter for West Hartford. Keleigh Brown batted well for the team. For Hebron, Mykenzie Langan caught a great game. Emily Corl pitched well and made an outstanding double play.
Granby 11, Glastonbury 5. Granby and Glastonbury played a good game, with Granby coming out on top 11-5. Jess Storch led Granby's attack with two hits and Emily Betterton added another solid hit with an RBI to close Granby's scoring. Krista Talic and Melissa Howson each had a nice hit for Glastonbury.

Enfield 9, West Hartford 4. Enfield defeated West Hartford 9-4 at Sterling Field. Lisa Lusardi and Tina Leonardo provided the offensive firepower for Enfield with each having multiple hits. Jillian Lapponese got the scoring started with heads up baserunning and Jessica Baker was solid behind the plate as the starting catcher. For West Hartford, Sabrina Carreira provided the offense and Elena Pevar pitched very well.
Granby 20, Windsor 12. Granby belted out 16 hits in the 20-12 win over Windsor. Jaimee Kidd and Molly Hammack led the attack with three hits apiece and Sabrina Kopf and Rachel Wojciak added two each. For Windsor, Amanda Dillon smashed a 2-run triple and Madison Lee had a pair of doubles.
Coventry 17, Glastonbury 11. Hannah Polinski led Coventry over Glastonbury, driving in two runs and scoring two. Sierra Massey added a 2-RBI single and Emma Ingenohl pitched a 1-2-3 6th inning in her pitching debut for Coventry. Melissa Howson pitched well in relief for Glastonbury. Hannah Koshmerl made a spectacular diving catch and Jessie Rodden provided the offensive spark for Glastonbury.
- Friday, June 25th
West Hartford 17, Hebron 2. Elena Pevar and Emani Cruz beth went 3 for 3 to lead West Hartford past Hebron. Megan Fredette had a solid double to centerfield and had a strong game defensively in right field. Jillian Wilson and Nicole Burley both had hits and scored runs for Hebron. Seraphina Marino played very well defensively.

Enfield 5, Granby 3. In a tight game decided by pitching, Enfield defeated Granby 5 to 3. Lisa Lusardi pitched very well for Enfield, recording 12 strikeouts. Jaimee Kidd answered for Granby with 11 of her own. Tina Leonardo played well behind the plate and Jesse Baker provided some timely hitting for Enfield. Mackenzie Denno stole home on a delayed steal to move Granby to within two and Liz LeBlanc played well defensively.
Windsor 6, Coventry 0. Lucia Barresi pitched a no-hitter for Windsor, striking out eight batters and playing solid defense (turning a double play on a line-out) to support her efforts. Alize Aguilar also played exceptional defense at first base, while Alex Connor drove in two runs on the offensive side for Windsor. For Coventry, Hannah Vignone once again pitched very well, with eight strikeouts, and catcher Megan Leavens was solid behind the plate. Caitlyn McDonagh was also a notable standout for Coventry.
Glastonbury 23, Hebron 17. Glastonbury defeated Hebron 23-17. Turning in a solid pitching performance for Hebron was Caitlyn Lovejoy. She was supported by the terrific defensive and offensive play of Sam Marinelli and the aggressive baserunning of Claire Russo. For Glastonbury, Kaylee Stebbins pitched well, striking out the side in the 4th inning. Becca Hadfield was the offensive star for Glastonbury, going 4 for 4 with two extra-base hits. Alexi Daigle was another big hitter, with a single, double and triple.
- Wednesday, July 14th
Enfield 17, Glastonbury 4. Enfield defeated Glastonbury 17 to 4 in a game played during periods of rain. Kaykee Stebbins pitched well in relief for Glastonbury. Morgan Rossi provided the offense and Julia Haynes played well defensively in centerfield. For Enfield, Tina Leonardo and Hannah Lempitsky led the game off with back-to-back triples. Casi Delorge pitched well in relief of Lisa Lusardi. Lindsey Taupier played well defensively at first base.
Coventry 23, Hebron 11. Coventry downed Hebron 23-11 in five innings. Blythe Fleming played solid defense behind the plate and also scored three runs. Sierra Massey also scored three times for Coventry, while Ashley King scored three and drove in three more. Madison Manarky pitched well for Hebron and Olivia Knightly provided an offensive spark with her aggressive baserunning.
West Hartford at Granby - rescheduled to Thursday, July 15th.
- Thursday, July 15th
Granby 5, West Hartford 1. (from 7/14) Caylin Viets led Granby offensively with two hits and Cali Holt belted a 2-RBI triple in support of Jaimee Kidd's 14-strikeout performance in the circle. West Hartford showed outstanding defense, picking off two runners, snagging three lined shots and completing a great 2-3-2 double play to stop a scoring threat and end the inning.

West Hartford 6, Windsor 3. In a tight game with flip-flop scoring all night, the West Hartford Fury defeated Windsor 6 to 3. West Hartford was led by pitcher Elena Pevar and first baseman Sabrina Carreira defensively. Emani Cruz reached base each at-bat and bats were swung well by Megan Fredette and Melissa Fraistat. Sam Visone and Brianna Rudman played strong defense for Windsor and Sam Dehais had a good game at the plate.
Granby 23, Hebron 11. On a muggy Monday, Granby got by Hebron 23 to 11 behind the offensive firepower of Casey Gajewski and Mackenzie Denno, who had three hits apiece. In her first action this season, Jess Storch pitched a solid three innings for Granby. The future was in the circle for Hebron in Madi Manarky, who pitched very well, striking out four Granby batters. Sharon VanMeter had a solid night hitting and Kristina Kasper did well behind the plate for Hebron.

Coventry 5, Hebron 5 (tie)(from 7/21) - suspended by lightning. On a damp July night, Hebron managed a 5-5 tie versus a very tough Coventry team. Caitlyn Lovejoy led Hebron in the circle with three strikeouts. Kristi VanMeter showed excellant running, scoring twice for Hebron. Coventry's Nikki Papadopoulos had a 2-RBI single and Maggie Ziko layed down a textbook bunt. Julia Salinsky led Coventry's defense at shortstop. Thanks to all of the fans who endured the conditions to see a great game.
Glastonbury at Granby - rescheduled to Tuesday, August 3rd.
- Monday, July 26th
Windsor 8, Glastonbury 3. Windsor utilized four pitchers and was supported by solid defense to defeat Glastonbury 8-3. On the defensive side, Windsor received exceptional play from Alize Aguilar (1B), Brianna Rudman (2B) and Arianna Romero (SS). Offensively, Windsor was led by Amanda Dillon, reaching base and scoring twice. Glastonbury received a nice pitching performance from starter Becca Hadfield. Offensively, Hannah Koshmerl, Abby Williams and Hadfield all contributed nicely for Glastonbury.
West Hartford 10, Coventry 5. In a hard fought battle, West Hartford defeated Coventry 10 to 5. Hannah Polinski played great defense for Coventry, with Megan Leavens strong at bat, starting the game off with a solid triple. For West Hartford, Alyssa Murray and Megan Fredette had great at-bats, both driving in some clutch runs. Natalie Joseph played strong for the team on defense.
Enfield 15, Hebron 7.
- Wednesday, July 28th
Coventry 6, Granby 2. Coventry defeated Granby 6-2 behind the solid pitching of Hannah Vignone, who recorded 15 out of the 18 outs via strike out or assist. Sierra Massey and Megan Leavens gave big defensive efforts, while Blythe Fleming hit a key 2-RBI double. Rachel Wojciak pitched well for Granby and Ariel Hanelius turned in a stellar catching performance.
West Hartford 10, Glastonbury 5. West Hartford was successful over Glastonbury, winning 10 to 5. Kaylee Stebbins played strong defense for Glastonbury and Sarah Bialkowski had a good game at the plate. For West Hartford, Sabrina Carreira and Crysta Wolski came through for the team with clutch doubles. Jordan Lohneiss played very well on defense and Keleigh Brown had a strong game behind the plate for the winners.
Windsor 17, Hebron 1. Windsor rotated four pitchers (Lucia Barresi, Renate Tomkiel, Alex Connor and Samantha Visone) to support their victory over Hebron, limiting the opposition to just two hits. Offensively, Windsor was led by Madison Lee, who had a leadoff homerun, and by Allie Cigal, who tripled. Defensively, Madeira Alexander was a standout, playing solidly at catcher and second base. For Hebron, Mykenzie Lanagan (C), Jillian Wilson (2B) and Claire Russo (1B) were all defensive standouts, led by Wilson, who turned a double play on a line-out, and Lanagan, who made all steal attempts a risk and challenge.

West Hartford 13, Granby 2. (from 7/21) West Hartford downed Granby 13-2. Good hitting and aggressive baserunning by Emily Betterton, Jess Storch and Liz LeBlanc paced the Granby offense. For West Hartford, Crysta Wolski caught well for the team and made some good stops behind the plate. Julia Delutrie was a powerhouse at the plate for the team, as was Natalie Joseph, who layed down a great bunt.
Enfield 16, Glastonbury 4. (from 7/21)
- Monday, August 2nd
Granby 4, Windsor 3. Granby versus Windsor games are always nail biters and this one was no different, with Granby edging Windsor 4-3. Jaimee Kidd pitched well for Granby, with Renate Tomkiel equaling the task for Windsor. Emelia Escudero had two hits and Caitlin Kopf scored twice, leading Granby. Alize Aguilar was Windsor's offensive standout and Sam Dehais made a nice catch in left field, taking away a sure extra-base hit from Granby's Molly Hammack.
Coventry 11, Glastonbury 9. In a back and forth game, Hannah Polinski played very well behind the plate for Coventry. Nikki Papadopoulos had two singles and Emma Ingenohl added two hits and two runs scored. Abby Williams had three hits for Glastonbury. Kristi Talia scored three runs Melissa Howson pitched well for the visitors.
Enfield 3, West Hartford 2. In a game dominated by pitching, Enfield squeezed out a 3 to 2 victory over West Hartford. Kara Pacheco drove in Lindsey Taupier for the first run of the game with the first hit of the game in the bottom of the 2nd inning. Enfield added two more runs in the bottom of the 4th inning on a single by Hannah Lempitsky and a double by Lisa Lusardi, with Lusardi scoring the last run of the game for Enfield on a steal of home. West Hartford scored their first run of the game in the top of the 5th inning on a single by Julie Delutrie. Crysta Wolski had two hits for West Hartford, a single and a double, driving in run #2 for West Hartford in the top of the sixth. West Hartford left the tieing run on third when Kara Pacheco snagged a line drive down the third base line for the third out of the inning. Elena Pevar pitched very well for West Hartford, giving up only three runs on three hits while striking out seven in five innings of work. Lisa Lusardi also pitched an excellant game, allowing only two runs on three hits, while striking out eleven in six innings of work.
- Tuesday, August 3rd
Granby 18, Glastonbury 4. (from 7/23) Granby defeated Glastonbury 18-4 behind multiple hits by Molly Hammack, Emelia Escudero and Jaimee Kidd. The biggest hit of the game was Cali Holt's homerun to DEEP left field. Kaylee Stebbins pitched well in relief for Glastonbury and Alexi Daigle had a nice hit to the outfield.
- Wednesday, August 4th
Enfield 6, Granby 4. In a colse game played in Granby, Enfield defeated Granby 6-4. Enfield scored in the first inning with Lisa Lusardi driving in Tina Leonardo with a single. Granby answered by scoring two runs in the bottom of the inning on a passed ball and an RBI-single by Cali Holt. Enfield scored in the top of the 2nd inning to tie it up with a single and excellant baserunning by Jillian Lapponese. Granby threatened to take the lead on a single by Caylin Viets, but she could only get as far as third base. Enfield tacked two more on in the top of the 3rd and two in the top of the 4th with Jordan Fritz and Casi Delorge plating runs. With the score 6-2, Granby rallied to score two runs in the bottom of the 6th with a double by Jaimee KIdd and a single by Cali Holt, but the rally fell short with Lisa Lusardi striking out the last two batters of the game. Cali Holt and Lisa Lusardi both pitched very well for Granby and Enfield respectively.
Windsor 16, Coventry 5. Windsor defeated Coventry behind a nice balance of pitching, defense and offense. Standouts for Windsor include Arianna Romero, who played well at shortstop and scored two runs, Brianna Rudman, who reached base three times, and Emily Kopacz, who made a couple of nice plays at second base. Coventry received some nice standout play from Blythe Fleming, who played very well behind the plate, and Sierra Massey and Julia Salinsky, both of whom played solid defense with some exceptional plays at shortstop and left field.
Glastonbury 10, Hebron 9. Glastonbury and Hebron battled back and forth in their final game of the season down to the bottom of the 6th inning. Hebron was led by strong pitching by Caitlyn Lovejoy, two scores by Claire Russo and a gutsy defensive play at second base by Russo. Glastonbury had solid pitching from Jessie Rodden and Kaylee Stebbins. The game ball went to Melissa Howson, who scored as the leadoff hitter in the bottom of the 6th inning to secure the win.
